Supervisor Leifeld stated that Consulting Engineer Stephen Molmed has reviewed all bid documents and he finds them all to be in order. He noted the Town Board should meet and discuss these issues with Mr. Molmed.

Ann Ledy, Treasurer of Olive CARES, stated their attorney Drayton Grant is drafting their organization’s requests into a proposal for amendments to the town’s wireless telecommunications law. She stated their organization is requesting a meeting with the Town Board prior to the Codification of Laws public hearing. It was agreed that said meeting would be held Tuesday, July 17th, 7:30 pm. Supervisor Leifeld stated the codification process is the time to change any of the local town laws. Supervisor Leifeld stated the public hearing on the Masterpage application would be August 2nd.

Lengthy discussion occurred on the City of New York’s mishandling of the Bushkill Bridge closure.
