Minutes of a special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Olive held Thursday, August 23, 2001, 7:00 pm at the Town Meeting Hall in Shokan, NY.

The Town Board reviewed the recent questions from General Code Publishers regarding the Codification of Town Laws. The Town Board answered said questions with the advice of Attorney Peter Graham.
On a Leifeld/La Monda motion and unanimous roll vote the Town Board adjourned to executive session at 7:15 pm to discuss potential legal concerns regarding the August 2, 2001, public hearing comments on the application for a wireless radio facility proposed by Masterpage Communications, Inc. Roll vote being: Johansen, yes; Chase, yes; La Monda, yes; Burkhardt, yes; and Leifeld, yes.
The Town Board reconvened the regular meeting at 8:00 pm. Attorney Peter Graham requested the Town Board submit in writing to him their individual concerns regarding the public hearing comments. It was noted these concerns should be to the Town Clerk by August 31st to be drafted in a concise form and submitted to him.
All business pertinent having been discussed the Town Board adjourned at 8:05 pm on a Leifeld/Burkhardt motion.
