Minutes of a special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Olive held
Wednesday, June 12, 2002, 7:00 pm at the Town Office Building in West Shokan,
NY. The purpose of the meeting was to interview applicants for the position of
part-time clerk in the Assessor’s office.

The Town Board interviewed the following applicants: Patricia Surak, Kasey
Maki, Marie Ruger, Carla Madsen, and Doris Delgado. It was noted that Carol
Huppert cancelled her interview.
All business pertinent having been discussed the Town Board adjourned at 8:30
pm.
