Minutes of a special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Olive held
Monday, June 10, 2002, 7:00 pm at the Town Office Building in West Shokan, NY.
The purpose of the meeting was to interview applicants for the position of
part-time clerk in the Assessor’s office.

The Town Board interviewed the following applicants: Sharon John, Tree
McElhenny, Amy Hoffman, and Brenda VanLeuvan.
All business pertinent having been discussed the Town Board adjourned at 8:30
pm.
