Sunrise and sunset at the Ashokan Reservoir will take your breath away
as you watch Mother Natures color show.
Olive has something for everyone. Fishing and wild game hunting that
would have any sportsman itching to get out there. Hiking trails,
maintained walkways, mountain bike trails and picnic areas around the
Ashokan, will be sure to satisfy the most avid nature lover. Deer, wild
turkey and other wildlife, in their natural habitat will fascinate both
young and old alike.
The warmth and hospitality of the lodge owners in Olive will have you
coming back time and again. There are activities for everyone. Gift
shops featuring handcrafted items by local artisans, as well as all you
can eat buffet restaurants, pizza parlors, ice cream shops, bakeries,

there is snowmobiling on designated trails. Olive's location makes it a
